Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
Charges will appear as "BLISS INC" or a similarly discreet descriptor on your bank or credit card statement. We never include product details in billing descriptions.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be modified.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across Canada?

Is shipping discreet?
Absolutely. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer with no logos, product names, or any indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
What if I receive a defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Product & Safety
Are your products body-safe?
Yes. We exclusively carry products made from body-safe, non-porous materials including medical-grade silicone, borosilicate glass, stainless steel, and ABS plastic. We do not sell products containing phthalates or other harmful chemicals.
How should I clean and care for my products?

Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based lubricants are safe with all toy materials. Silicone lubricants should not be used with silicone toys as they can degrade the surface over time. Check our Product Care page for compatibility details.
