We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order placement. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, rates, and delivery estimates are outlined on our Shipping Information page. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Bliss Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Returns & Refunds page. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Bliss Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bliss Inc. provides products on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Bliss Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
