Return Eligibility

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards for returns. Items are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:

• The item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
• The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item is not a final sale, clearance, or gift card product.

Opened or used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for health and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photos showing the damage or defect.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
