All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging. We ship Canada-wide from our Canadian fulfillment centre.

Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box or poly mailer. There are no logos, product descriptions, or any indication of the contents on the exterior of the package. The return address will show "Bliss Inc." only - no reference to product categories.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. If you have an account with us, tracking information is also available on your order history page.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of Canada and are interested in our products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or if the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
